Greetings Beloved, Welcome to your Wholistic Wellness Workshop. My name is Ma'at Freedove and I am absolutely thrilled to share your journey with you. I believe the opposite of addiction is connection and that in order to heal we must rise higher than the level of our traumas and dis-ease. To do that, the healing must center around the entire, whole, beautiful being that you are; not just at the point of addiction and that is why I approach addiction recovery from a wholistic perspective of mInd, body, spirit and soul. If you are ready to take the next step in your healing process , I cannot wait to share with you all that I have learned. In this workshop, I will guide you through discovering your true voice and empowering you to live according to the Divine purpose The Most High God instilled in you. Using several healing modalities including but not limited to, nature, diet, prayer, sound therapy, movement and breathwork, together we will identify and shed loving light on the root cause of your addiction, cultivate a practice unique to your needs and connect you back to your true authentic power.
